Revere load cells & mounts

The load cells are used in many different weighing solutions such as: Process weighing, multi-head packaging machines, hopper weighing, belt scales, platform and silo weighing and other industrial scales. The range of load cells includes a range of medium- and high-capacity double-ended shear beam, ring torsion and compression load cells, as well as single-point, single-ended beam and universal load cells.
The Revere load cells are used in the food industry, pharmaceutical and chemical industry and many others. For hazardous environments many of the load cells are available in ATEX / FM / EEx approved versions.

ACB

ACB load cell is a high accuracy stainless steel shear beam load cell suitable for small & medium platform scales, hybrid scales, pallet weighers and process weighing. The fully welded construction and the cable entry ensure that this product can be used successfully in harsh environments found in the food, chemical, and allied process industries. An integral mounting step removes the need for spacer plates and ensures optimum “bolt down” conditions. For hazardous environments is it available in an Atex approved version. The load cell model BSP is a stainless steel S – type load cell designed for tension and compression. The load cell is well suited for hybrid scales, overhead track scales, belt scales and process weighing applications. The fully welded constructions and water block cable entry ensure that the BSP is suitable in a harsh environment found in the food, chemical and allied process industries. For hazardous environments it is available in an ATEX or FM approved version. Certified to OIML R-60, 3000d. Hermetically sealed, IP66 and IP68. The load cell is available in the capacities 50 -5000 kg and 100 -10 k lbs.

CSP

The load cell model CSP is a stainless steel, low profile multi-column, compression load cell. The fully welded construction, advanced cable entry and built-in surge protection tubes ensure that this product can be used successfully in harsh environments. This heavy-duty load cell is suited for hopper, tank, silo weighing and many other large-scale industrial applications, including weighbridges for truck weighing, it is available in the capacities 10 – 100 tons. It is sealed to IP68. Certified to OIML R-60, 4000d and NTEP class IIIL 10000 divisions. ATEX and FM certified versions are available for use in explosive atmospheres.

HPS

The HPS stainless steel single-point load cell is fully welded. The load cell model 5123 is a low-profile single-ended shear beam load cell. The load cell is available in the capacities 5 - 5000kg and 1k - 10k lbs in nickel-plated ally steel. 5123 is well suited for process weighing applications, bin and hopper scales, platforms scales, overhead track scales and tank weighing. The load cell is approved to OIML R60, 3000 division and NTEP III 3000 division and hermetically sealed to IP67. Easy installation due to the use of a partially threaded hole to accept levelling feet or load buttons.
