How does a Bulk Truck Loader Works

The DINO bulk truck loader ensures efficient, controlled, and dust-tight loading of powders and granular products into silo trucks.

Product is loaded into the hopper from sacks or big bags and conveyed upwards via a high-capacity screw driven by a powerful SEW motor. The screw’s design ensures consistent flow and gentle product handling.

The flexible outlet connects directly to the silo trailer and is equipped with a level switch. When a compartment is full, the system automatically stops, ensuring safe and accurate filling.

The hydraulically foldable construction allows for easy positioning and compact storage. Operators can monitor the process via the integrated ladder and platform, providing full visibility during loading.

For hygiene and maintenance, the DINO features multiple inspection and cleaning options, including full-length access covers and integrated solutions for both dry and wet cleaning. Safety is ensured through protective grates, interlocked inspection hatches, and a clear, user-friendly control system.
