  Butterfly valves

  Swissfluid’s main focus lies in the area of specialized, plastic-lined valve products that are used in severely corrosive or abrasive applications. The valves have been designed for maximum longevity and require little to no maintenance, resulting in low total cost of long-term ownership. Thanks to a modular design of variable components, they are often able to provide custom solutions using standard products. Their range of lined process valves includes butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, cone valves, ball valves, check valves, control valves and sampling valves, with sleeves available in PTFE, PTFE-AS, PFA, PVDF, ETFE, UHMWPE and PP.

  Rotary disc valves

  Everlasting’s range of diverter valves, bulk-material valves and process valves feature their revolutionary self-lapping, rotating disc-valve technology. The well-proven, rotating shearing disc construction makes their products particularly suited to highly abrasive products; the rotation of the disc in the process medium renews and polishes the metal seating surfaces with each operation. This unique concept causes Everlasting valves to wear in instead of wearing out like other valves. Everlasting valves are in operation in some of the harshest plant environments, all over the world. As the Everlasting name implies, their valves are synonymous with quality, durability, and longevity.

  Iris valves

  Mucon’s range of iris diaphragm valves are known for their superb flow control characteristics and versatility. The double diaphragm design makes it ideal for in-line applications with no material leakage into the atmosphere. The iris valve is non-jamming, easy to operate and maintain, safe, gentle and strong - making it an ideal solution for a variety of different applications. The product that passes though the valve does not come into contact with moving parts. Manually operated, pneumatic or electric actuator versions are available. With a full bore diaphragm opening, there is no restriction to product flow. The iris valves are suitable for frequent operation and can handle materials up to 1600 kg/m³.

  Knife-gate valves

  The special sealing system on the WEY valve consists of an encapsulated edge seal and an internal transverse seal, where repacking under full pressure and without shutting down the system is possible. This, combined with the profiled knife and the self-cleaning corners made the WEY valve one of the most reliable and functional valves on the market. These high-quality valves are suitable for both liquid and dry media, including particularly abrasive media. They feature a bidirectional seal and a fully guided knife which prevents jamming. Available as handwheel, pneumatic hydraulic or electrically operated, in round, square or rectangular versions. A variety of materials are available, including exotic alloys. Special design for operation under vacuum at 100 bar.

  Swing check valves

  MEI offers an entire range of high-quality sanitary valves, which can come fully certified for pharma and food applications. With a self-centering wafer design, these light-weight, easy-to-maintain valves feature easy installation with tri-clamp connections. Available in the standard materials of zinc plated carbon steel, stainless steel 316 or alu-bronze and metal/metal seats or soft seals (NBR, EPDM, PTFE, FKM).

  Silo Hopper discharger valve

  Discharger valves are constructed to be fitted to Silos and Hoppers in order to equip them with Cone Valve technology, allowing for more controlled powder discharge process. Valve sizes ranging from 500mm to 2.5 metres added to a variety of existing silos and hoppers, serve as both a flow aid and shut off valve. On-site maintenance is possible without completely emptying the silo.

  Manual Cone Valve

  Matcon's Manual Cone Valve will improve the powder handling capabilities of your butterfly or slide valve IBC fleet, eliminating core flow and particle rolling issues that are common with standard butterfly valves. It is designed primarily for the Food, Beverage, and Chemical industries and promotes mass-flow discharge of free-flowing powders, preventing segregation of powder mixes and ensuring product quality. The valve is easily retrofittable to IBCs and provides a cost-effective way to incorporate Cone Valve technology into an existing system.
