    With a Matcon IBC Blender, 360° tumble-blending takes place within the IBC itself. Recipe changeovers are virtually instantaneous as the blender has no product contact parts to clean. A high shear intensifier extends the range of blending capabilities, providing efficient mixing of cohesive powders and features the ability to directly add and disperse liquid content between the range of 5-150 litres in to a recipe batch. Real-time analysis of mix homogeneity is provided using Near-Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy.
