A three-dimensional flow of the mixing products is initiated by the spiral mixing blade of the conical mixer; a helical upward motion on the periphery and downward flow in the center is formed. This blender promises very good results for mixing and full discharge. It can be used in dry powder, wet suspensions, as well as liquids, paste and dough as a powder blender.

HM Vertical twin-shaft mixer

The vertical mixer's spiral mixing blade initiates a three-dimensional rearrangement of the mixing products. The best mixing results are assured by this vertical mixer. It is suitable for dry powder, wet suspension, liquid, paste and dough.

To comply with FDA and 3-A Sanitary Standards, the vertical mixer can be designed to be used as a sterile mixer and reactor that also meets EHEDG requirements.

A three-dimensional flow of the mixing products is initiated by the clockwise guided spiral tools, which induces a spiral upward movement in the peripheries and downward flow in the centers together with horizontal cross flows.

If a mixture of heavy duty and very gentle mixing activities needs to be performed subsequently, HM vertical mixers can be used.

KS KoneSlid®- Mixer

Among other aspects, this precision powder mixer is distinguished by especially short mixing and discharging times. Thus, it is capable of handling vast quantities of products within a short cycle. In a new way, perfect blending values and outstanding particle safety are achieved.

The mixing container consists of a silo-like container in the middle of which, a large cone is inserted at the bottom. The powder mixer has a smooth, streamlined design and supports the mixtures' flow process. In a spiral-like motion, helical mixing tools convey the products upwards. This process takes place along the container's wall.

After about 4 revolutions the entire volume has already been completely shifted once by the mixing tool. The ideal mixture quality is achieved after approximately 20 to 30 revolutions.

RMG Ring layer mix pelletizer

The continuous granulator and ring-layer mix-pelletizer scoop-like mixing tools blend especially gently - suitable for dry, moist and suspended products.

The goods to be granulated (dry, moist or, if applicable, suspended with binding agents) are continuously fed in. In a rotating motion, the fed-in components are accelerated and cover the walls of the blending chamber in the shape of a ring layer. The pin tools intensively mix, deagglomerate, compress and convey this layer.

Therefore, between the particles, solid and liquid bridges are formed. The seeds of granulation are created and expand to a certain size. They become fragile and disintegrate if the granules expand beyond a certain size. In this way, fine aggregate content formed clings again and is rounded. Between grain build-up and grain destruction, a balance is created.

The RMG generates a stable granulate within tight corn limits with an ideal operating mode. The speeds of the peripherals range from approx. 8 to 35 m/s.

AMK Continous mixer

The discharge valve of the mixer is closed at the beginning of production. With limited mass flow, all the gravimetric working dosing components are started simultaneously and automatically tuned in relation to each other.

The level of the mixing vessel fills up continuously until it reaches half capacity, starting up the mixer. Tuning is completed once the mixer is approximately filled to half its capacity.

If the mixer is packed, the discharge system opens slowly at approx. 80 percent of the workload. An 80 percent filling standard is kept steady. Although maintaining a continuous synchronization, the dosing flows are increased up to the full mass flow.

At the end of production, all dosing components slow down the mass flow gradually and then switch off at the same time. The mixer continuously discharges the mixture until it is totally empty.

The mixer can be designed to meet the highest levels of regulation and hygiene: GMP, FDA, and 3-A Sanitary Standards. It meets EHEDG specifications as well.
