Celtron load cells

The load cells are used in many different weighing solutions such as: dosing, filling, hopper weighing, belt scales, packaging machines, platform and tank weighing and other industrial process scales. The range of load cells includes aluminum single points to high-capacity stainless steel load cells. The Celtron load cells are manufactured to precise tolerances, making them easier to install and calibrate, resulting in lower cost of ownership. For hazardous environments many of the load cells are available in ATEX / FM / EEx approved versions.

    DSR

    The load cell model DSR is a double-ended shear beam load cell, the design gives excellent performance for high capacity loading. DSR is constructed of alloy steel or stainless steel and has an IP67 protection. It has high immunity to side loading. The double-ended mounting provides good restraint to possible movement of the tanks and might eliminates the need for check rods. For hazardous environments the load cell is available in FM approved version. The load cells is available in the capacities 1k – 75 k lbs.

    The LOC single-point load cell is designed for platform scales, hanging scales, check weigher etc. The extremely precise load cell is OIML C3 /C6 and NTEP to class III approved. The LOC is as standard constructed of anodized aluminum or optional in stainless steel It is environmentally sealed up to IP66 levels providing excellent protection against moisture and humidity. For hazardous environments it is available in an IECEx approved version. The load cell is available in the capacities 5 – 1000 kg.

    The load cell model SEB is a shear beam load cell ideally suited for low profile platforms and various process weighing application e.g. hopper and tank weighing, packaging machines etc. the load cell is OIML C3 approved. It has high immunity to side loading. SEB is constructed of alloy steel and fully potted with special chemical compounds to IP67 to protect the cell from water and moisture damage. For hazardous environments the load cell is available in FM approved version. It is available in the capacities 500-2500 kg.

    The load cell model STC is a tension / compression S – type load cell. They can be loaded either in tension or compression. The load cell is available in aluminum or stainless steel and sealed to IP67. Ideally suited for electro-mechanical conversion scales, crane scales, hopper scales, force measurement and a wide range of other industrial applications. The load cell is NTEP approved to class III 5000S, lllL10000. For hazardous environments it is available in FM approved version.
