Vibration tumbler screener VTS

Allgaier’s VTS vibration tumbler screening machines are a cost-effective choice for processing virtually any bulk material with fine, medium, or coarse particle sizes. They are also perfect for use in wet screening applications. The machines are driven with a vibratory motor that generates a horizontal and circular tumbling vibrating motion, moving the material being screened in a spiral pattern from the inside and moving outwards. Screening quality and throughput can easily be adjusted, depending on the application. The VTS can have up to 3 decks and 4 particle size ranges; screen surface area of 0.28–1.59 m2.
