Vibration sifter VRS

Allgaier’s VRS vibration screening machines are designed for bulk material grading, safety and check screening for virtually any bulk material with fine, medium, or coarse particle sizes. They are also perfect for use in wet screening applications. The VRS is a high-performance, cost-effective all-round machine, as standardized components are used to make them an especially affordable alternative for customers. The machines are driven with a vibratory motor that generates a horizontal and circular tumbling vibrating motion, moving the material being screened in a spiral pattern from the inside and moving outwards. Screening quality and throughput can easily be adjusted, depending on the application. The VRS can have up to 3 decks and 4 particle size ranges; screen surface area of 0.28–1.59 m2.
